About Us

Founded in 2017 by Farhan Fyzee, FGA GG, AGTL was established to address the growing international demand for precise gemstone reports, focusing on accurate treatment detection and color grading in the Sri Lankan gem market.

Before AGTL, the Sri Lankan gem market relied on local labs with limited exposure to international standards. Recognizing this gap, Farhan brought his expertise from Hong Kong to establish a lab that blends global gemological practices with local market insights.
